Info Booth
Got questions? Our friendly staff and volunteers are happy to assist you. Visit the Foodwise Info Booth for help locating vendors, parking validation, events calendars, and the additional services listed below.
CalFresh/SNAP/EBT, Market Match, and WIC
Our farmers markets accept CalFresh (EBT/SNAP/food stamps). During market hours, customers can use their EBT card at the Info Booth to receive market coins to spend on products in the farmers market. EBT shoppers can double their food dollars (up to $10 per market day) through our Market Match program, which offers free market coins redeemable only for fruits and vegetables.
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) and Farmers Market Nutrition Program vouchers must be redeemed directly at participating sellers’ stalls.
Learn more about food access at Foodwise farmers markets.
Credit Cards and Contactless Payments
Most of our farmers market sellers take credit cards and contactless payments (such as Apple Pay). Look for “We Take Credit Cards” signs at their stalls, or just ask them!
You can also use your credit card or contactless payment at the Foodwise Info Booth to purchase wooden market coins, which can be redeemed at any farmers market stall. Note: Market coin purchases with Square at the Info Booth will be assessed a service fee.
ATMs
Ferry Plaza Farmers Market: ATM machines are located inside the Ferry Building on the north side and south side.
Want to take out cash, but don’t want to wait at the ATM? You can also use your credit card or contactless payment at the Info Booth to purchase wooden market coins, which can be redeemed at any farmers market stall. Note: Market coin purchases with Square at the Info Booth will be assessed a service fee.

Chef Shopping Program
Chefs are an important part of our farmers market community. Through our Market to Chef program, we support chefs who shop at the market for their business by offering curbside parking (requires an annual registration) and shopping carts for large purchases.
