About
Al, Becky, and Sarah all grew up in the Bay Area. Al graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in anthropology and started Frog Hollow Farm in 1976. Farmer Al, as he likes to be called, has grown the farm from a small one-man show into a 253-acre farm specializing in stone fruits, with a line of conserves, chutneys, marmalades, pastries, dried fruits, and olive oil. Frog Hollow Farm is committed to growing fruit and making products that are socially and environmentally sustainable. They share their harvest directly with customers through their CSA, website, and farmers markets.
